Classes developed and taught by the internationally acclaimed developer of The 5th Position system of ballet based movement, Victoria Vargas.  The 5th position method offers a safe effective exercise method that helps you to achieve the strong, lean, elegant body and movement associated with Ballet.  Classes incorporate the use of floor based exercise, ballet barre and the use of Thera Bands, rollers, weights and additional props. You can expect to leave class with a developed physical vocabulary, a deepened muscular awareness and inspired mind.

Ballet Dancing

Fundamental class is a 60 minutes regimen focused on the introduction of our core philosophy. Through the use of Thera Bands, rollers, weights and additional props, you can expect to leave class with a developed physical vocabulary, a deepened muscular awareness and inspired mind.

Body Awareness

The Basic level slowly introduces you to the basic exercises and techniques that will gradually improve your balance, strength, flexibility and endurance.

Elevation

ELEVATION builds on the foundations established in the Body Awareness level by focusing on stretching and strengthening muscle groups using a combination of ballet and Pilates exercises. Elevation will continue to improve your flexibility and strength. This level also introduces you to the key concepts of Body Suspension and Body Balance..

Balance

The Balance level continues to build on the steady progress made from Body Awareness AND Elevation.It will expand your knowledge and technique enabling you to move confidently to the Advancedlevel.

Advanced

This level is intense and will challenge your upper body and core, fully integrating the previous levels. It will maximize muscle fiber development using the most advanced and difficult muscle-elongating techniques and strengthening sequences.
